Each piece is crafted using our atelier's standard sizing. As sizing may vary between brands and regions, we recommend selecting your size according to the measurements provided in our Size Chart for the most accurate fit.

  • Worldwide Shipping Available
  • Complimentary Shipping Over £500
  • All international shipping charges are shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms except for the United States and Canada. Shipping charges are calculated separately at checkout and are not included in the product price.
  • For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duties, customs charges, VAT, sales taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees charged by Act London.
  • Act London has no control over such charges and cannot predict their amount. Any customs-related fees must be paid by the customer upon import where applicable. Failure to pay customs duties, taxes, or import charges resulting in refusal, delay, return, or destruction of the shipment shall remain the responsibility of the customer, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Delivery within the UK typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

  • Act London is not liable for delays caused by external factors, including production timelines, customs clearance, or courier services.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided are accurate. ACT London is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the client.
EXHANGES & RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your garment must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned, where possible, in its original ACT London packaging, including the garment bag and any accessories provided.
  • Be free from perfume, makeup, deodorant, stains or any other signs of wear.

Size exchanges are available, subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, our Concierge team will be pleased to discuss the available options.

If you believe your garment has a manufacturing defect, please notify our Concierge team within 5 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide clear photographs and a description of the issue so that we can assess the garment and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

All return, exchange and manufacturing defect requests must be submitted via WhatsApp to our Concierge team before any item is returned. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
