Pieces are offered in standard sizing rather than being individually made to your measurements.
WHAT IS THE SHOWSTOPPER COLLECTION?
The Showstopper Collection is ACT London’s made-to-order occasionwear offering, created for women looking for statement silhouettes, intricate detailing and a more personalised fit. Each piece is individually produced after your order is placed, with our team guiding you through the required measurements before production begins.
What is the return policy?
Each Showstopper piece is made to order and produced specifically for your order. For this reason, Showstopper purchases are final sale and are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact our concierge as soon as possible. A refund may be possible only if production has not yet commenced.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photographs so our team can review the issue and assist you.
