Modern Muse Collection
Items from our Modern Muse collection may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Made-to-Order & Bespoke
Due to the personalised nature of our Made-to-Order and Bespoke creations, these pieces are exempt from standard return rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Refunds will only be considered if:
- Production has not yet commenced.
- The garment is received with a verified manufacturing defect.
As every piece undergoes quality inspection before dispatch, refunds cannot be issued for:
- Incorrect measurements provided by the client.
- Change of mind.
- Colour variations caused by different screen displays.
- Minor variations inherent to handcrafted production.
If you believe your garment has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, including photographs and a description of the issue.
Exchange Policy

Items from our Modern Muse collection may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Garments must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging. Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Made-to-Order & Bespoke
As every Made-to-Order and Bespoke piece is created specifically for you, exchanges are generally not available.
If a confirmed manufacturing defect is identified, Act London may, at its discretion, repair or replace the garment where appropriate. Clients must notify us within 5 days of delivery with supporting photographs.
