What is the difference between Ready-to-Wear, Made-to-Order and Bespoke?
ACT London offers three distinct ways to shop:
Ready-to-Wear
Our most accessible way to experience ACT London. These designs are produced in standard sizes and are eligible for our Ready-to-Wear returns policy.
Made-to-Order
Our signature statement pieces are individually produced after your order is placed rather than being mass-produced and held in large quantities. Production generally takes approximately 2–3 weeks before quality control and dispatch.
Bespoke
Our most personalised service. Bespoke pieces are created specifically for you, with the design, fabrics, measurements and details developed around your vision and occasion.

Yes. We provide a detailed measurement guide and personalised support to ensure your measurements are taken as accurately as possible. We recommend having a friend or family member assist you for the best results.
What is the Modern Muse & Showstopper collection?
Modern Muse is ACT London's Ready-to-Wear offering: occasionwear designed for women who want the ACT London aesthetic in a more accessible, ready-sized format. Showstopper is our Made-to-Order collection, featuring some of ACT London's most distinctive statement gowns.
Rather than being produced as mass inventory, your piece enters production after your order is confirmed. This allows us to maintain a more considered approach to production while offering designs with the impact and detailing associated with ACT London.
