Unlike our Modern Muse ready-to-wear collection, each Showstopper piece is produced specifically after your order is placed. This allows our atelier to focus on the construction, detailing and finish of each individual gown rather than producing in volume.

Place your order online and our team will contact you via WhatsApp within 24 hours to guide you through measurements. Your piece is then crafted exclusively to your specifications

All pieces are made to order based on the measurements provided. Please ensure accuracy, as we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on custom-made garments. If you are unsure, our team will guide you through every step to ensure a precise fit.

Made-To-Order
All Act London pieces are made to order and produced specifically for each client. Due to the bespoke nature of each garment, all sales are final.
Refund Policy
Due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, items are exempt from standard return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Refunds are only granted under the following conditions:
Exchange Policy
As all pieces are made to order, exchanges are limited.
Exchanges may be considered only in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect. In such cases, clients must notify Act London within 5 days of receiving the item, with supporting evidence to allow for prompt resolution.
Act London reserves the right to assess the issue and offer a replacement where appropriate.
International Orders
All international shipping charges are calculated separately at checkout and are not included in the product price.
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any import duties, customs charges, VAT, sales taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees charged by Act London.
Act London has no control over such charges and cannot predict their amount. Any customs-related fees must be paid by the customer upon import where applicable.
Failure to pay customs duties, taxes, or import charges resulting in refusal, delay, return, or destruction of the shipment shall remain the responsibility of the customer, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Quality Disclaimer
Due to the handcrafted nature of our garments, slight variations in beading, texture and colour may occur and are considered part of the piece’s unique character.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled prior to measurements being submitted. Once measurements have been received and production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled. Where a cancellation is made before production begins, any payment made will be refunded in full within 10 business days.
