Act London is a London-based occasionwear label creating statement pieces for life's most memorable moments. Our collections span Ready-to-Wear, Made-to-Order and Bespoke, allowing you to choose the level of exclusivity and personalisation that suits you.
From pieces available in standard sizing to gowns created especially for you, every Act London experience is centred around statement design and personal service.
OUR COLLECTIONS
What is the difference between Ready-to-Wear, Made-to-Order and Bespoke?
ACT London offers three distinct ways to shop:
Ready-to-Wear
Our most accessible way to experience ACT London. These designs are produced in standard sizes and are eligible for our Ready-to-Wear returns policy.
Made-to-Order
Our signature statement pieces are individually produced after your order is placed rather than being mass-produced and held in large quantities. Production generally takes approximately 2–3 weeks before quality control and dispatch.
Bespoke
Our most personalised service. Bespoke pieces are created specifically for you, with the design, fabrics, measurements and details developed around your vision and occasion.
What is the Modern Muse collection?
Modern Muse is Act London's Ready-to-Wear offering: occasionwear designed for women who want the ACT London aesthetic in a more accessible, ready-sized format.
Pieces are offered in standard sizing rather than being individually made to your measurements.
What is the Showstopper collection?
Showstopper is our Made-to-Order collection, featuring some of ACT London's most distinctive statement gowns.
Rather than being produced as mass inventory, your piece enters production after your order is confirmed. This allows us to maintain a more considered approach to production while offering designs with the impact and detailing associated with ACT London.
PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
Can someone help me choose my size or dress?
Absolutely. Personal styling support is available to ACT London clients. Whether you're unsure about sizing, choosing between designs or looking for something appropriate for a particular event, you can contact us and we'll help guide you.
How long does SHOWSTOPPER (Made-to-Order) take?
Our Made-to-Order pieces generally require approximately 2–3 weeks for production. Once your piece has completed production, it goes through quality control before being dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. ACT London serves clients internationally.
Shipping times and charges vary depending on the destination. International customers may also be responsible for applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges depending on their country.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return a MODERN MUSE (Ready-to-Wear) dress?
Ready-to-Wear purchases can be returned within 14 days, provided the item meets our return conditions, including being unworn and returned with its original tags.
Please refer to our full Returns Policy before returning an item.
Can Made-to-Order pieces be returned?
Because Made-to-Order pieces enter production specifically following your order, they are generally considered final sale.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within the timeframe stated in our Returns Policy with photographs so our team can assess it.
