Modern Muse is our considered approach to ready-to-wear. Each design is offered in standard sizing, but rather than producing large quantities in advance, we begin production once your order is placed.
Production typically takes 2 weeks, allowing our atelier to create each piece carefully while reducing unnecessary waste.
Once complete, your dress is individually quality checked, carefully packaged and prepared for dispatch.
Each piece is crafted using our atelier's standard sizing. As sizing may vary between brands and regions, we recommend selecting your size according to the measurements provided in our Size Chart for the most accurate fit.

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at concierge@actlondonuk.com. Where your order has not yet been dispatched, we will endeavour to cancel it before shipment and process the applicable refund.
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the shipment. You may instead request a return following delivery in accordance with our returns policy.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Size exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, our Concierge team will be pleased to discuss the available options.
If you believe your garment has a manufacturing defect, please notify our Concierge team within 5 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide clear photographs and a description of the issue so that we can assess the garment and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
All return, exchange and manufacturing defect requests must be submitted via WhatsApp to our Concierge team before any item is returned. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
