Can BESPOKE pieces be returned?
Because Bespoke pieces enter production specifically following your order, they are generally considered final sale.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within the timeframe stated in our Returns Policy with photographs so our team can assess it.
How far in advance should I enquire?
We recommend enquiring as early as possible, particularly for weddings, engagements and major events. Timelines vary depending on the complexity of the design, fabric sourcing and production requirements. For urgent orders, please contact our team. Minimum we need 1 month.
What are the stages of the bespoke process?

Your bespoke piece then enters production with the specialist designer or maker. ACT London manages the communication and progress throughout this stage. - Quality Check
